During my recent family visit, I was enchanted by the hotel's lush gardens and charming colonial architecture, which created a serene atmosphere. The pool area was a beautiful retreat and provided the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Central Park and the Cathedral de Santiago. The staff were incredibly accommodating and even warmed food we brought from outside, adding a personal touch to our stay.

We had a wonderful time with the huge pool and the cozy lounge area. it was just perfect for unwinding after our adventures. The spa was a real treat, offering amazing massages and a relaxing steam room that helped us recharge. The only downside was that our room had no view, but everything else made up for it! 😊

However, I faced a few hiccups. Despite my room being lovely, there were some maintenance issues. A few fixtures seemed outdated and could use a little touch-up. Also, the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, which was a bit annoying since I tried to stay connected for work. If they improve on these minor issues, it would elevate the experience significantly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its beautiful setting and great food, just be aware of the tech hiccups.
